Labette County is located in southeastern Kansas approximately 90 minutes north of Tulsa OK, about 60 minutes west of Joplin MO, two hours south of Kansas City and about 90 minutes east of Wichita, KS. St Louis, Chicago, Des Moines, Minneapolis/St Paul, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Denver, Dallas/ Ft. Worth, Little Rock and Bentonville AR (Wal-Mart HQ) are all within a day drive of this central location.

Rail service is provided to the industrial park by the Union Pacific, with on site transfer and storage and handling available. The Burlington Northern/ Santa Fe and the South Kansas & Oklahoma lines provide service to nearby communities. With several major trucking companies headquarter within a 60 mile radius and a Old Dominion Transfer Station located in Parsons, trucking is readily available. Interstate 44 running southwest to northeast passes about 30 minutes south of the park and there are excellent north-south and east west roads serving the area.

The Facility has over 2.5 million square feet under roof, split equally between production and storage buildings, with a 67,900 sq. ft. Administrative Building. The average cold storage warehouse is 21,000 sq. ft. while energetics magazines range from 1400 sq. ft up to 10,600 sq. ft. Water and waste treatment facilities will be managed by the LRA with competitive rates and over 110 miles of water lines and sixty miles of sewer. There are over 80 miles of improved asphalt roads and 26 miles of gravel roads with over 33 miles of rail on site. There are 17 fixed Emergency generators on site ranging from 15 – 250 kw and over 80 above ground storage tanks from 211 gallons to159,000 gallons with the majority in the 10,000 – 35,000 gallon range.
