The KSAAP Local Redevelopment Planning Authority

The Board of Directors is composed of the three Labette County Commissioners and one Parsons City Commissioner.

The LRA will become the single point for the Environmental Clean Up, Economic Development, Land Use and Services once the plant transitions to the community. We have teamed with Matrix Design Group to complete the Army funded environmental clean up. Studies are underway on Land Uses, Marketing and Economic Development, Infrastructure and Electrical and Communications requirements to support our redevelopment plan and the transition of the site as early as March of 2008.
